4. Account Registration

• Submit legitimate inquiries and respond to quotations in a timely manner.

8. Payment Terms

• Platform services may include free and paid plans.

• All amounts are payable in INR (₹), unless otherwise specified.

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of business, data, revenue, or goodwill
• Issues arising between buyers and vendors

Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the preceding 90 days.

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any loss, claim, liability, or demand arising due to your:

• Breach of these Terms
• Misuse of Platform
• Violation of laws or third-party rights

18. Termination of Account

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate any user account for violations of these Terms
• Block access without prior notice if required under law or due to complaints

19. Force Majeure
